Return Refund Policy

You can return regular priced items for any reason, using the steps below to get store credit! We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Please read the entire Return Policy. 
  1. Email us at shop@emmableu.com with "Returns" in the Subject Line and within 5 days of receiving your item(s) to let us know what you are returning.
  2. Print out your receipt from your email and clearly circle or highlight the item(s) on the receipt that you are returning for store credit. We cannot process returns without a receipt or packing slip.
  3. Wait for our response to your email with the Returns address to ship it back to us. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the sender/customer.
  4. Once the item(s) is received back and confirmed to be in "like new" condition, unworn or unused, without stains, without odors, without pet hair, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging material, you will receive an email with a coupon code for store credit on the website! Depending on customer service volume, it can sometimes take 3-5 business days to issue store credits. 
Damaged or Defective
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it and contact us at shop@emmableu.com with "Damaged/Defective"  in the Subject Line if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our goal. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 
  

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, shoes, and beauty products are not eligible for returns.

Sale items are not eligible for returns. 

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

All orders shipped to residents outside the contiguous U.S. are not eligible for returns.
